The primary function of a charter review committee is to examine the existing charter and identify areas where updates or changes might be beneficial or necessary.The Charter Committee is made up of two councilmembers, two - four citizens, the City Manager, City Clerk and City Attorney.

The Charter Review Committee meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM. Meetings are held at City Hall.
