Overview

The Board of Review (BOR) is focused on the application and interpretation of the Pikes Peak Regional Building Code as adopted and set forth in Chapter 15.02 of the Municipal Code. The BOR hears and decides appeals of order, decisions or determinations made by the Building Official, grants minor variances, and hears complaints regarding licensed contractors. The BOR is a Council-appointed 5-member quasi-judicial board (complete with two additional alternate members) with each member serving 3-year terms.
