Building on the success of previous years, the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is pleased to announce the return of the Woodland Park Micro-Grant program for the Spring 2026 season. This initiative continues our commitment to providing targeted financial assistance for projects that elevate the character and safety of our downtown district.

Program Focus & Eligibility

The 2026 program prioritizes projects that align with the DDA’s mission to stimulate economic vitality and enhance public experience. Eligible projects include, but are not limited to:

  • Aesthetic & Design Upgrades: Utilizing high-quality materials for façade improvements, modern signage, and architectural lighting.
  • Public Safety & Accessibility: Enhancing building security, improving lighting for pedestrians, and ensuring building code compliance.
  • Public Realm Enhancements: Adding "streetscape" value through professional landscaping, outdoor seating, and other pedestrian-friendly features.
  • Economic Vitality: Projects that demonstrably further the DDA’s objectives of making the District a premier destination for residents and visitors alike.

The max grant amount for a Project in 2026 is up to five thousand dollars ($5,000), with total funding not exceeding $200,000 for the pool of all qualifying Projects.

Applications open on March 6, 2026, and must be received by May 1, 2026, by 5:00 PM. Applications will ONLY be accepted through the website portal. Applications will be reviewed and grants awarded on a rolling basis.  Grant funds are distributed on a reimbursement basis. Final reports are due by October 30, 2026.
