Jen holds several certifications, including the Communications Center Manager Certification (CMCP) from the National Emergency Number Association, the Colorado Certified Records Network Master Certification (CCRN), and a Criminal Intelligence Analysis and Sharing Certification.

At the heart of Jen’s career is a simple but profound belief: everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. Whether assisting with an open records request or providing support during a challenging moment, she aims to make each interaction positive.

When she’s not working, Jen enjoys exploring Colorado’s great outdoors through camping, fishing, and riding ATVs in the summer and fall. She’s also an avid traveler, seeking new adventures wherever the road takes her. Despite her dislike for the cold, Jen admits there’s something magical about the beauty of Woodland Park, covered in sparkling snow.
