We propose the following as an Agreement between the business/organization listed above and the City of Woodland Park with respect to sponsorship of the 2025 Activities Guide.
The aforementioned business/organization shall donate the selected amount to the City of Woodland Park as a sponsor at the selected level .
The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and shall continue through December 31, 2025.
The City of Woodland Park will carry out the Agreement upon terms for the level of sponsorship chosen. Should the foregoing accurately reflect our mutual agreement concerning the above matter, please indicate by electronically signing this form in the space provided.
