Public Hearing and first reading on Ordinance No. 1383, Series 2020, shall be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 220 W. South Avenue, for first reading on the 5th day of November 2020 at 7:00 PM. The aforesaid Ordinance was posted on the City’s website 24 hours prior to the November 5, 2020 hearing.
