The City of Woodland Park will begin a road improvement project on Pine Ridge Avenue the week of July 7, 2025. The project area includes Pine Ridge Ave. between S. Blue Spruce St. and Park St. The scope of work for this project includes water line replacement and asphalt overlay. Local access will be maintained but reduced to 1-way traffic. Near the end of the project period, the road will be closed.
This project is anticipated to be completed by the end of August. As always, weather and other factors may increase the project's timeline. We appreciate the patience of our residents as we work to improve Pine Ridge Road.
