Mark your calendars for the 23rd Annual Keep Woodland Park Beautiful Citywide Cleanup event on Saturday, June 21, 2025!
Community Members of all ages are invited to volunteer to roll up their sleeves and pitch in for the City's largest volunteer effort of the year to help the Keep Woodland Park Beautiful Committee keep Woodland Park clean and pristine! Volunteer check-in begins at 8:30 AM on Saturday, June 21st, at the Memorial Park pavilion. Volunteers will receive their assignments, and the event will kick off at 9:00 AM, lasting through 1:00 PM when we reconvene at the Park for food, music, games, and community! Gloves, grabbers, and safety vests will be provided..
All participants, including those participating with a group or organization, must complete a registration/liability waiver for the event. Registration is quick and easy! The committee will also offer last-minute registration on-site the day of the event. Folks needing to register on-site should plan to arrive early.

Have some trash piling up at home that needs to go? Apex Waste Solutions of Teller County has a generous opportunity for Woodland Park residents! From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 21st, folks can bring trash and items to be recycled for drop-off at the Transfer Station in Divide. There is no charge to utilize this service. Residents must show a form of identification, such as a driver's license or state ID, as proof of residency to drop off their items at the transfer station. The Waste Management team will be there to answer any questions folks may have about recyclables. The following items will NOT be accepted: Tires, liquids, hazardous waste, batteries, electronics, and any items that include refrigerant.
Apex Waste Solutions will also provide a 20-foot dumpster for the annual citywide clean-up event to help support clean-up efforts.
