The Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (PPRBD) will present the 2023 Code Proposal to the City of Woodland Park Board of Review at a September 15, 2022 work session. This will include a presentation of major changes and code development schedule regarding the adoption of the 2023 Pikes Peak Regional Building Code (2023 RBC) which includes by reference adoption of the 2021 International Code Council (ICC) suite of Building Codes.
We encourage all contractors, builders, and anyone that applies for building permits in Woodland Park to attend the meeting in-person or via Zoom to listen to the presentation. According to the PPRBD website, the period for public comment is currently closed, but will reopen again on October 1. Please stay updated by frequently checking out the PPRBD website.
