The City is aware that Verizon customers in Woodland Park and Teller County are experiencing widespread service interruptions. We recognize that this is a public health and safety issue for our community and we are taking these concerns very seriously. The City of Woodland Park and Teller County Administration are actively working with Verizon to address the problem as quickly as possible. We are also working with Verizon to plan for future capacity and infrastructure needs in Woodland Park.
