The City of Woodland Park is changing its billing process to bill all accounts once a month.
Bills will be mailed out on the first of the month and due on the twentieth of the month. This change will take two to three billing cycles (months) to make. The next bill will be mailed on June 3, 2024, and will be due on June 20, 2024. Please have patience during this process. If you have Auto Pay or Bill Pay, please adjust your pay dates accordingly. Utility Billing Update FAQs:
- The reason for the change is to eliminate 5-week billings and provide more consistency for our customers.
- Bills will be mailed on the first (1st) day of each month. If the first of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, bills will be sent the next business day.
- Bill's due date is the 20th of each month. Payments received after the 25th of the month are considered late.
- Customers are responsible for adjusting their own Auto Pay and Bill Pay.
- Adjustments to our block structure and billing will be made during this time. This is due to extended lengths between meter reads as we adjust to this new schedule.
- Customers can expect to see Field Crews reading meters the week before the first of the month.
