The Main Room

You may have guessed that the Main Room is the main space to host events. The vaulted ceilings, bistro lights, and pine walls provide a modern design with a vintage façade complete with streetlights to create a warm, historic feel. It includes a bar, dance floor, and stage with stage lighting. The Main Room connects to a kitchen and the North Room and offers an ADA entrance. The AV included with the hourly price covers two wireless microphones, auxiliary and HDMI connection to house sound, a projector with a huge screen, and stage lights.

The Main Room is perfect for banquets, fundraisers, concerts, presentations, celebrations of life, parties, family reunions, dances, and more!

Midland Pavilion

An outdoor space with a stunning view of Pikes Peak – yes, please! The Midland Pavilion and our open green space offer a picturesque area to enjoy Colorado’s beauty. With an outlet on every beam and adjustable walls, the pavilion has hosted weddings, movie nights, foam parties, and concerts every summer since it was built in 2012.

Located adjacent to the UPCC, the breathtaking mural on the East side of the building will delight your event guests.

Rental of the Midland Pavilion also includes the use of the UPCC restrooms.

Wedding at the Midland Pavilion

The North Room

Talk about a space that can be used for anything! The North Room has its own outside entrance and is connected to the kitchen and the Main Room. Guests hosting baby showers and family reunions have loved hosting their events in this space. The linoleum floors make the North Room the perfect space for hosting art, dance, yoga, kung fu, and an assortment of classes. Main Room events use it as a green room for break-out sessions or to serve food.

$45 per hour, 2 hour minimum

North Room UPCC II

Community Room

Located on our lower level with an ADA entrance, the Community Room commonly hosts meetings, classes, demonstrations, and small parties. Larger events using the Main Room also rent the space as a green room or changing room during events. Bridal parties often use this space as a dressing room to get ready before weddings.

Community room amenities include a counter with sink, dishwasher, whiteboard, projector, TV, VCR, and DVD player.

Maximum Capacity of 30

$45 per hour, 2 hour minimum

Community Room Set Up

Ask about renting the Entire UPCC or the UPCC & Midland Pavilion together.
