Permits

• Annual Maintenance Permit (PDF) - Required for utility companies to work within city right of way, valid for one year.
• Right-of-Way Permit (PDF) - Required for contractors or general population to work within city right of way for up to 120 days and up to 5,000 linear feet.
• Special Events Cache Agreement & Addendum (PDF) - Required for rental of city traffic control signage and cones, fencing, barricades, etc. TUP (Temporary Use Permit) or non-profit status required to rent.

Ordinances 1308, Series 2017 - Specifying the Application of Administrative Regulations for work within the Public Rights-of-Way to Micro Wireless Facilities, Small Cell Facilities and Small Cell Networks.

Proposals and Bids

The City of Woodland Park posts all bids and contract opportunities on Rocky Mountain E-purchasing System (aka Bidnet).  Questions should be posted on the Bidnet platform. The City's Associate Project Manager will respond to all questions on that platform exclusively.
