Parks & Recreation Guide 2025 by City of Woodland Park

Online Registration Made Easy!

Whether you're interested in one of our creative courses at the City's Art Cabin, located at the Centennial Trailhead, or you're hoping to learn a new creative hobby, you can register for any of the Woodland Park Parks and Recreation Arts & Activities programs in just a few clicks by registering online through our Activities Portal. Activities Portal registration is required for our programs, swim lessons and activities at the Woodland Aquatic Center, facility rentals with the Ute Pass Cultural Center, and more City-sponsored events and activities. 

Whether you plan to participate in any Parks and Rec programs, swim at the Woodland Aquatic Center, rent a facility like the Ute Pass Cultural Center, volunteer, sponsor a team, or reserve one of our parks, you must have an account on our Activities Portal!

Here are a few things you can do through our online Activities Portal!

  • Set up your account, add and edit family members, and create and change your password (no more getting locked out of your account!)
  • Rent facilities, including fields, parks, Ute Pass Cultural Center spaces, Woodland Aquatic Center party rooms, and more!
  • View league schedules and team info, and contact coaches
  • Purchase your annual, 3-month, and punch passes for the Woodland Aquatic Center
  • Opt-in for text message updates
  • And so much more!

Create an Account

  1. Go to our Activities Portal.
  2. Go to the Green "Start Here" tab.
  3. Follow the instructions to set up your account.
