  • Airbnb or VRBO may claim they will pay these taxes. While they may pay the State, they do NOT pay the City. The City does not have a contract with Airbnb or VRBO to pay the City. It is your responsibility to pay the City Tax (9.79%) to the City. If you have any questions or are unsure of what taxes you are responsible for, please contact Elly Enamorado (eenamorado@city-woodlandpark.org or 719 687 5214).

    How to apply

    We launched MUNIRevs, December 2020.  Please create an account on MUNIRevs.  https://woodlandpark.munirevs.com/  There you can manage your account, submit sales tax and renew business licenses.  Unlimited phone and web support is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by contacting MUNIRevs at 1-888-751-1911 or support@lodgingrevs.com

  • Yes.  MUNIRevs will be able to allow you to file and pay online with either an e-Check, Credit Card, or Debit Card.  Credit Cards available to use online: Visa, Master Card and Discover.  The City of Woodland Park will continue to use our third party payment system, Point N Pay (PNP).  There is a 2.5% of the amount due or a minimum of $2.00 fee to use a credit card.  There is a flat fee of $2.50 for using e-Checks, unless the payment is over $10,000.00, then there is a flat fee of $15.00.  For your security, only the last four digits of your account number are visible to City Staff and the third party processor after the transaction is completed.  We do not store any payment information for future payments.
