If you need help, run into an error, or just want us to walk you through it, please call 719 687 5225 and leave a message. We have also created this step by step video for how to register.

We do not have a dedicated front desk person at this time due to limited staffing and hours of operation. Please leave a voicemail! Our guards and staff check the voicemails periodically throughout the day and make return phone calls. We can not call you back without your name and phone number, so please don’t forget to leave a voicemail.

Daily Entry Passes can be purchased on site at the Woodland Aquatic Center.

The Locker Rooms and Family Changing Areas are open for public use. We do have lockers, however, you must provide your own lock. Locks are not allowed to be left overnight without a reservation. Talk to our Aquatic staff for more information.
